Earl Hill is our head-guide and outfitter. Over the past several years, he  has earned the reputation for being the best guide in the White Mountains. With fifteen years experience as a wildlife specialist with the United States Forest Service and The Nature Conservancy, Earl brings a variety of knowledge and information to his fishing trips. With 30 years of fishing experience and FFF certified casting instructor, he has become an expert  angler. A good natured guy with a real love for fly fishing makes Earl a patient and enthusiastic guide. His knowledge of the many fishing  opportunities on the lakes and streams of the White Mountains provides his  angling customers with a great fishing experience.

Timmer Allerdings was raised fishing and hunting in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Tim has shared his enthusiasm for fishing as a guide for TROUTBACK the past seven years. Tim's love of fishing is contagious and his  client list is often repeat customers. As a professional ski instructor in the winter, Tim has developed a real expertise with teaching kids and young  adults to fish. Tim enjoys giving lessons and is a patient and thorough instructor. Many of Tim's "learn to fish" clients become regular customers that have been "hooked" on the intrigue of fishing the streams and  lakes of the White Mountains.

Buddy Tussing has spent most of his life fishing the mountain rivers and lakes of Idaho and Arizona.  During his free time, he enjoys fishing in  Montana. Buddy is the father of two children and spends much of his time  coaching football and baseball. His coaching has given him great insight as  to what motivates the beginning angler. He is a patient instructor/guide and enjoys sharing angling stories. With a wonderful sense of humor and  great "cast", Buddy's customers always come home with a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment.

Hawk Ferenczy comes to the White Mountains from the mountain streams of Transylvania. Hawk is the newest edition to TROUTBACK's guide service. A  FFF certified casting instructor and experienced guide, Hawk has fished the  rivers of Belize, the coastal streams of Alaska, and the colorful waters at Lee's Ferry.  He now makes his home in the White Mountains. A friendly  and enthusiastic guide with a real commitment to providing his clients with a memorable fishing experience, Hawk gives each of his customers a unique  fishing trip.
